DELUXE FORESTRY CUTLASS WITH SWASTIKA IN FERRULE

certificate of originality from Carsten Staegemeir - Dortmund - Germany
The "D" guard with oak leaves and floral designs.
At the center block are all oak leaves,
converting to a haired leg and hoof of a deer.
The reverse ferrule depicts a raised rabbit,
while the obverse portrays a Political style
openwinged eagle with wreathed swastika.
Each grip with three acorn nuts.
The scabbard is black leather. Both sides of the blade is etched
with floral and hunting designs .Blade is in mint condition
with beautiful Nazi Hunting Association Logo.
Very detailed and hard-to-find variation.
Certificate of Originality signed by Carsten Steagemeir - Dortmund - German
Certificate have a front page and nine large color pictures. Total ten pages.
Translation of the certificate is:
date of the test: 15.08.2005
Object of the test: honor deer catcher, German hunter shaft.

Honor deer catcher of the German hunter shaft. Introduction year around 1931-35, rare manufacturer P. D. Lonescholess Solingen. Real horn at the handle. Colorful metal-container trimmed empire. Scabbard with brass fittings, acorn and with very well received leather.Very rare deer catcher.

In my opinion the dagger is an original. All of the details and dimensions of the object correspond to know standards. Any slight differences in original tolerances in material and dimensions, are due to wear.
