Nice quality, hand embroidered silver/aluminum wire threads officer’s pilot's badge.
Luftwaffe, blue/grey, wool base.
The reverse of the insignia has protective white paper backing intact.
Roughly, 2 1/2" tall, and 2 3/4" wingspan from wing tip to wing tip.
The badge is in overall very good condition with minimal age toning.
Nice clean example.

The top of the lanyard has Luftwaffe eagle an outer oak-leaf wreath.
The top and bottom edges have a button loops.
